App findet Buchung nicht….
Trotz mehrfachem Nachfragen und Überprüfen der RIU-Buchungsnummer im Hotel, findet die App die Buchung nicht.
Pre-Check in etc. unmöglich - Restaurantbuchungen im Resort dann wohl auch unmöglich. Letztes Jahr hat es noch funktioniert.

Während der Reservierung können Sie diese Anfrage im Feld "Kommentare" hinterlassen und unser Hotelpersonal wird sich um Ihre Anfrage kümmern 🙂🙂.
