rockpaperME allows a person to record or upload 1-3 short videos to help them share their brand and tell their story. The videos create a link which can be shared and added to their social media profiles and resumes. Recruiters and hiring managers can open the link to view the separate videos to better understand WHO that person is and whether there is a cultural fit within the organization. The candidate is able to best represent their motivations, passions, special interests, and talents.

Unconscious Bias: Positive or Negative, we all have unconscious bias. Prior to viewing videos, be conscious of your own bias and use the same process and evaluation criteria for every person. We believe rockpaperME provides an opportunity for a person to tell their unique story and share their passions. Allow the videos to enhance your perspective of diversity, save time in the selection process and find the best fit candidate.
