Changes in this update:
* The Results screen weight change chart now has options to zoom in and scroll on smaller date ranges, and the selected date only shows recorded values, not in-between values
* Fixes issue with weekly average calculation on Summary and Results screens
* Fixes vertical line alignment snap to dates on Results chart
* Fixes bug where deleting a weight entry didn’t fully remove the entry from charts
* Attempts to fix intermittent issue with Calendar screen notes/etc requiring a tap before they’re visible
