Siskin IM is a lightweight, powerful XMPP client developed by Tigase, Inc. It provides an easy way to start using the XMPP Protocol (formerly known as Jabber) if you've never used it before. Veterans of the protocol will find many features here they are familiar with along with enhancements to reduce data use and extend battery life.

Perfect mobile XMPP client

What a bummer it took me so long to find this - it works great, detected all the XEP’s I could ask for, and handles Jingle fluently.

I have one suggestions:

- in the call screen, there is no button to return to the chat list; one needs to open the app switcher or tap a notification to open a text chat during a call; it would be nice if that could be implemented in a future release

- have the “use public TURN server” option disabled by default, ask the user if their XMPP server does not provide any TURN/STUN servers - that would contribute to out of box privacy

Das Laxout sieht konisch aus, die Nachrichtenboxen könnten ein bisschen Padding/Margin vertragen. Außerdem kann ich keine Anhänge senden.

File transfer relies on HTTP File Upload feature of the XMPP server on which you have the account. If you cannot send/share files, then most likely the XMPP server which you use is not capable of file sharing. Please contact XMPP server administrator and ask him about HTTP File Upload feature or try using one of our free XMPP servers listed in the application.
