Improvements: - Prices: The price page (Futures Markets) now displays options at the money (+5 / -5 strikes) including the implied volatility calculated from settlements. - Charts: Improved display of open/high/low/close. Resolve a minor issue when a future quote pinned to the portfolio has no deliveries

Some phone carriers (like SFR and Orange in France) may use buggy transparent proxies which violate the section 7.1 of the RFC2068 protocol, preventing the application from working in 3G/4G. This patch (1.1.1) provides a way of bypassing this violation.
