The workouts will be personalized to suit you, your fitness abilities, and your fitness goals. They will be tailored to include the equipment you own at home, no equipment at all, or to be completed in the gym; you just tell me where and when you want to do your workouts.
Nutrition is most people's biggest obstacle when they are trying to lose weight. Join me, and I will change your relationship with food. No more restrictive diets! No more squeezing three meals into 1,200 calories! FOOD IS FUEL! I will teach you how to fuel your body correctly and see results even when you are eating more than you ever believed you could on a "DIET". This is not a quick fix. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
