• Enhanced respiratory rate monitoring is here! Your SleepWatch Score now takes into account your respiratory rate and for the first time you can see how typical (or unusual) your sleeping respiratory rate is for an adult your age. Daily analysis of your sleeping respiratory rate is now available in your daily sleep report. Apple Watch Series 3 or later is required with compatible tracking mode.

• Snoring analysis has also been updated to help provide you a clearer picture of how you snore. This change may affect how your nightly snoring gets classified as Minimal, Light, Moderate, or Heavy.

• Auto detected sleep times can now be edited down to 1-minute intervals
