Swapfiets is world’s first bicycle subscription. For a fixed monthly fee you get a Swapfiets bike and we make sure it always works! If something is wrong with your bike, plan your appointment with our app. You can visit our store or we will come to you within 24 hours, wherever you are in the city. We will fix or swap your bike for a working one.

das Service ist zwar an sich gut, ich habe nachdem ich ein kleineres Problem mit der Batterie hatte (ab und zu keine Unterstützung beim Fahren, obwohl Display Reichweite etc. normal anzeigte und Batterie als eingesteckt erkannt wurde) sofort ein neues Rad bekommen. Bei der ersten Fahrt mit neuem Rad schien alles perfekt, jedoch stellte sich nach längerem Fahren bald heraus, dass der Akku diesmal viel zu schnell entlädt (was beim ersten Bike nicht der Fall war), angezeigte Range entsprach bei Weitem nicht der Realität. Als kleines Extra gabs hier und da denselben Fehler wie bei erstem Rad obendrauf.
Wenn man das Rad (wie in meinem Fall) zum Ausliefern benötigt und hierfür bereit ist, den stolzen Preis von €110(!) monatlich zu berappen, und dann von den werten Herrn Mitarbeitern solch ein schlampiges Services geliefert bekommmt, kann man dieses Unternehmen für diesen Zweck mitnichten weiterempfehlen. Gut gedacht, freundlich gelächelt, katastrophal umgesetzt. Vielleicht auch einfach schlechte HR-Abteilung bzw. Firmenphilosophie nach dem Motto: der Kunde bezahlt sein Abo monatlich, der Rest juckt uns nicht.

Worst costumer service ever! They are not trained or helpful at all. Feels like you are talking with someone who doesn’t want to be there.
