Mit dieser App können Sie die wichtigsten Informationen aus TANSS (Helpdesk, Ticket, Service-Management-Software) über Ihr IPad abrufen.
Sie benötigen hierzu die Software TANSS (www.tanss.de), diese App ist lediglich ein Client um auf die Daten hiervon zuzugreifen.
Hinweis: In div. Punkten werden im Hintergrund GPS-Daten an TANSS gesendet (Bei aktiviertem GPS Tracking). Ein dauerhaftes Einsetzen dieser Funktion kann die Batterielaufzeit drastisch verkürzen.

- (Bug) Wenn in der (iPad) App eine neue Leistung zu einem Ticket angelegt wird, welches eine Zuweisung besitzt, so wird diese auch korrekt in die Leistung übernommen
- Der Filter für "Warte-Status" in den "Allgemeinen Tickets" funktioniert wieder korrekt
