Description
telly`mote is a remote control client for Enigma2-based satellite and cable receivers. The app uses the receiver's web interface plugin, which must be working.
If you are looking for the perfect app whose developer will prepare an all-inclusive package at your feet for free without you having to deal with it or even think about it:
PLEASE DO NOT LOAD telly`mote!
telly`mote is a private, non-commercial project. No set top box manufacturer has ever paid attention to the app nor supported it in any way.
The entire Enigma2 universe has been sustained for almost two decades by a community of crazy people who invest their free time and money in it, contributing plugins, skins, picons, apps, tutorials and support for no return.
telly`mote is my contribution to it.

Leider keine Funktion
Die App funktioniert nicht mehr mit der Dreambox 920.
Zuletzt hatte ich 5 Sterne vergeben, nun ist es nur noch 0 Punkte.

Unresolved error, Bad request 405
Wollte die app gerade testen aber ohne die default security-settings auf der Dreambox runterzudrehen bekomme ich leider an vielen Stellen nur eine bad request 405 Fehlermeldung (und dass ich POST statt GET verwenden soll).
Die settings sind mittlerweile seit Jahren(!!) auf der Dreambox so, langsam wär‘s _wirklich_ Zeit die App anzupassen 😉
Und nein, die sec.features abzudrehen ist definitiv keine Lösung, höchstens ein temp. workaround.

Die bizarren „Sicherheits-Features“ sind so wirkungsvoll wie Würfelzucker gegen Corona. Dazu habe ich im Dream Board genug geschrieben, den Leuten von Dream wars nicht mal eine Antwort wert. Von denen gab es nie eine Unterstützung, nur Steine in den Weg. Ob die App mit Dream OS läuft, ist mir reichlich Wurst.
