Beschreibung

The Surfr. App is a performance tracking app for Kite boarders. With the app kite boarders can record, view and share their performance:
- Jumps (height, airtime, distance)
- Speed

In addition to these 'game' features the app also contains a safety features in order to keep kite boarders as safe as possible such as the possibility to trace back the board when GPS location is shared.

Also the app is able to track the path the user has surfed over water. This path/track can optionally be stored as well.

The Surfr. App is meant to be used with a board mount in order to mount a phone to a kite board.

Doesn’t work

I used the PRO version on a Apple Watch but it didn’t work very well. As soon as i removed my hand from the bar, the sensor seemed to be irritated… if i think about how the sensor might work, it’s kind of clear that it will be problem if you move it while you gaining hight… but honestly if i can’t remove my hand for a grap or a boardoff it just doesn’t make sense…

i prefer the WOO…

Hi there! Thanks for the feedback. At the moment you where testing it we where still in beta as you hopefully was aware. In the meanwhile we have improve on this big time, and we will keep improving. Although it’s best to wear the Watch on your wrist that stays on the bar anyway. Cheers!
