Paid 8.99 euros for full, got nothing

My son seemed to like the free version of this app I had installed on his I pad. I decided to buy the full version. Sadly they charged me 8.99 Euros to unlock the complete package but didn't unlock all the features. I tried to make another purchase, still nothing. Feel cheated. I request the manufacturers to refund the amount they charged me for nothing in return or unlock the promised features. I'm thinking of taking it up with Apple to dress my comaint. It's unprofessional attitude.
