Katastrophe
Diese App scheint im Grunde nur eine pseudo”USP” um mittelmäßige pseudo-individuelle Reise zu verkaufen. Sieht schön aus, aber hat man ein Problem ist der Chat komplett sinnlos (kein Live Chat) und man bekkmmt Notfallnen ie man nicht via Internet anrufen kann( im Ausland außerhalb der Roamingzone sinnlos). Weiters ist die App total unübersichtlich und im Grunde nicht wirklich brauchbar. Das einzige was gut ist, ist dass man die Adresse des nǎchsten Hotels anzeigen lassen kann - wenn man davor auf offline gestellt hat.

Zunächst verkaufen wir keine Reisen über die App - die App wird als zusätzliches Tool kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Zudem haben wir durchaus einen extra Livechat, der 24/7 besetzt ist und im Notfall auch umgehend auf eine spezielle Telefonnummer verweisen kann, die ebenfalls 24/7 besetzt ist. Sie finden den Live Chat unter "Profil > Tourlane kontaktieren".
Bzgl. Informationen, die Sie nicht finden / unübersichtlich einschätzen, würde uns Ihr Feedback sehr freuen, dann können wir umgehend darauf reagieren.
