Es hat alles ordnungsgemäß beim Lauf begonnen. Leider kam es infolgedessen zu Zeitnehmungsfehlern der App. Wurde aber vom Support rasch und zu meiner Zufriedenheit korrigiert.

Hallo, die App ist mittlerweile Top👍🏼
Was mich noch irritiert, ist dass ich für den Flagship Run in Wien angemeldet bin, das aber trotz Login in der App nicht erkannt wird und ich immer zur Registrierung weitergeleitet werde.

Hi Christoph, vielen Dank für deine Nachricht. Nachdem du für den Flagship Run in Wien angemeldet bis, ist deine Registrierung in der App nicht sichtbar. In der App sieht man nur die Registrierung für die Teilnahme mit der App. Für den Flagship Run brauchst du keine App, da du dort eine klassische Startnummer bekommst. Audio Experience
Die App gibt keinen Ton von sich. Lautstärke bei den verbundene Kopfhörer ist wie gewohnt eingestellt. Erneute Installation der App hilft ebenfalls nicht.

Hallo Ewa! Bei den App Settings für die World Run App muss bei den Benachrichtigungen auch die Audioausgabe aktiviert sein. Diese Einstellungen findest du in den iPhone Einstellungen.
