Guter Blocker

Hab die letzten Wochen einige Blocker ausprobiert, teils gekauft und dann wieder storniert weil ich nicht zufrieden war. Entweder zu wenig geblockt (bin da bei Youtube ziemlich heikel) oder haben Safari mit so vielen Blocklisten zugemüllt das die Geschwindigkeit beim Surfen sehr gelitten hat.

Mit Wipr hab ich endlich einen gefunden der für mich passt, blockt so ziemlich alles an störender Werbung (auch bei Youtube!), nervenden Cookieakzeptierpopups, hält Tracker ab, updatet sich selbst, spioniert einem nicht nach und bremst vor allem das Surfen nicht aus!

Bei Facebook und manchen deutschsprachigen Seiten klappt das blocken leider nicht so gut, drum ein Pünktchen weniger.

Unbedingt die App Version kaufen (EUR 2,29 sind wirklich ok!)
Die gratis Safari Extension blockt zwar teils Werbung, unterstützt aber seit der letzten Version das blocken von Trackern nicht mehr.

Für iOS gibts die App auch!

stopped blocking youtube ads

the app used to work well, but it recently stopped blocking youtube ads. the developer is aware of the issue and promised a fix. I will update the rating once the full functionality is back.
