Worst app design ever
I have applied a credit card and trying to register an account. The system first asks me the mobile number has already been registered and I need to confirm the option, error message "null" appears after I click on confirm. Which is not logical at all, if it is not possible, then the prompt shouldn't even appear, if it is possible, then the null pointer should give an exact reason. Then I tried to contact the agent via the mobile app, the message told me that I have to have an account in order to speak with an agent --- please fix the system logical issue before you release it for the public to use.
Face ID does not work
So that I could not login while I’m using the app overseas. All good otherwise but please fix this and it will definitely be rated higher.
Face ID still not working in Oct 2019
Why is this app so badly designed and implemented that it still doesn’t allow Face ID on Apple devices.
