Not friendly at all
Terrible experience, trying to build my profile but it took ages to approve. I don’t know who design this stupid system just to embarrass patients and waste patients valuable time. Just avoid this scam!
用户体验极差
用户体验做的太不用心了。多次尝试，连注册都完成不了。最后亲自去医院注册，被告知身份证号码里的字母一定要大写。这么重要的事怎么没提示？第一天做app？然后刷脸验证也多次失败。据说是家里灯光不够好。那怎么不给一个反馈，让人知道因为什么过不去好改进刷脸方法？就这个质量也好意思拿出来给用户使用？太坑人了。
为什么协和国际医疗部的挂号不支持海外的手机号码？
