对海外用户很不友好
只是想值机 说一定要在川航app里面操作 结果没有给海外手机的选项 这怎么搞…..
除了买票，什么都做不了
不管是app还是网页版官网，都只能买票而已。收到短信叫选座值机，但不能选座，也不能值机。并没有感觉到川航的app和网页给乘客带来任何方便，全都是麻烦！川航投在app和网页的钱，完全就是被骗了，垃圾app，垃圾网站！
