Description
杭州电梯安全通是由杭州市市场监督管理局主持开发的针对电梯数据采集、电梯困人智慧救援的APP。该App的主要使用对象为杭州市辖区内的电梯维保从业人员。
电梯维保人员使用该App时，可以采集并上传电梯的数据，上传的数据以标准化、结构化的方式存放在杭州城市大脑，作为电梯监管的基础数据。
杭州市市场监督管理局下属的96333救援平台会将电梯困人信息下发至本app，由维保人员进行救援。App同时会告知维保人员最佳的救援路线，救援的进度和结果会实时反馈至96333救援平台。
【提示】在困人救援的流程中，App会采集用户（维保人员）的实时位置。为了能够更好的安抚被困人员，即使App在后台运行，也会尝试上报用户的实时位置，因此，会加大App的电量消耗，降低用户的待机时间，甚至会降低手机电池的使用寿命
