Not user friendly at all !!
Just used Face ID to verify for transferring money to someone. The first 2 times when the App tried to scan my face for Face ID verification, it had error and unable to scan my face properly. It also says: if failed 3 times for scanning my face, I will have to go to a branch to unlock!! Which will be a huge problem, as I don’t live in Taiwan but might need to transfer money via the App. If this happens when I am in overseas, this function (face ID to verify me) will be disabled until I attend a branch to have it unlocked!!! So very user unfriendly!!
When the App was trying to scan my face for verification, it didn’t allow enough time for me to place my face right in the middle of the screen or right in the middle of the corner square!! Hence the error showed up twice. When the people were designing the App, did anyone really use this function ??? I don’t think a anyone did, otherwise it would have been corrected.
Anyway, not a happy customer!!
Also, the App doesn’t allow me to use my personal email to verify myself (the bank in overseas allows me to use my personal email to verify online). Again, I don’t live in Taiwan, so don’t have a Taiwanese mobile number to verify myself on the app, so again, very user unfriendly!!

Thank you for your feedback, please confirm which verification method is selected and follow the instruction:
1. Use "Face ID", please do not set up other people’s facial features on your mobile device.
2. Use "E.SUN Bank Facial Recognition Verification", if you failed 5 times, You can visit "Mobile Banking > Sidebar > Settings > E.SUN Facial Recognition Settings" to re-register the service.
If you have further questions, please visit E.SUN message board (https://esun.co/msgboard) and provide screenshot, your personal and device information such as ID number, deice brand/OS/model to investigate this matter. Your understanding is appreciated.

外匯解款
2020年到2022年一直都能夠輕鬆解款外匯，但今年突然不行，白白浪費了兩次手續費，還造成我很大的困擾，真的糟透了！
