等有点钱了 把体力上限搞到4-50 出去闯荡 收店铺 等钱
店铺收完了 开始买房子 每种房子买一套就行
缺金条可以看广告 缺钱也可以看广告 给钱的广告就5秒
刚玩到第二个城市 看上去有很多城市来回逛 但是希望把房子租赁改一下 花中介费自己租就好了 到了第二个城市 每次还得跑回去重新租 房子多的贼难受
很有意思
从一开始打苦工 到生意暴发户 到商业和地产投资商 很真实 就是感觉前期做生意赚第一桶金有点太容易了 低价抄底 刷两次就可以翻倍价格出手 希望能做得再复杂多样化一点 还有就是为什么老是要找新房客？没有长租的吗？
