I bought some Korean products to Australia for the first time. I easily ordered various Korean products through Bringko. l can order various products like pillow and cosmetic products. It took 10 days including the Weekend. I was happy to arrive early considering that Australia’s delivery is delayed due to the Covid. Also I had a simple problem during the purchase process, but I solved it quickly and kindly through customer service. What I was most satisfied with was that I could check the photo of the repackaged product and clearly notify the delivery process. So I can totally trust it. Due to the weight and volume, the shipping cost was a little expensive, but I got a 15% discount promotion. :) It’s a shame that the number of items can be selected as many as l want, but I can't chose multiple colors or sizes. It would be perfect if it changes. As a result I'm very happy and grateful for the kind and safety service. Thanks bringko, team!🥰

For overseas Koreans, Brinko can be said to be a direct purchase site that relieves longing for Korea. The advantage is that the payment method varies as well as the payment in Korean and overseas cards are easily made. Unfortunately, however, membership benefits provided to members by each site cannot be applied together, and at the same time, the advantage is that it is convenient to put products from various sites in a cart at once without signing up for each site individually. I received the item from Brinko today, but I turned on the app again. There is no reason not to use it because there is also the pleasure of receiving the maximum benefits from various promotions at the same time.

I am totally happy with my recent purchase that was shipped to Australia. Everything was repacked well in the box, what I love the most is how Bringko updates you on the current process each time e.g. all the items have arrived at the warehouse (including pictures of each products) and shipment details. Im so glad I no longer need to ask my friends or family to order Korean products and to ship for me which can be very annoying. Thanks Bringko for your amazing service!!
