It’s ... bad
Insane variability in quality. The drivers sometimes don’t know the address or the destination. I’ve had to fish them out en route to my destination. The app constantly logs you out, and your have to jump through hoops to log back in. I’ve lived in multiple countries and used all sorts of taxi apps. I think it may be ... the worst?
Not worth it at all
Awful service. Drivers are consistently late if they arrive at all and trips tend to take longer than public transport would otherwise. The fact that this is the only transport service available in Oxford is a joke.
Terrible App
The estimates they give are never accurate. Somehow you can be waiting 10 minutes for 1 minute. They rarely assign cars when you request them. The drivers then consistently fail to arrive at the actual pickup addresses.
