Exactly what I needed to curb my binge drinking.
App is super easy to use, you simply add a token for each drinking occasion and flag it as a yay or nay. The token counter is a helpful reminder and I see it as a challenge to limit how many I accrue, especially keen to keep the nays to a minimum. It’s like having a mentor in my pocket.
Awesome initiative and app to boot
Loving the ability to keep track of my drinking days without having to really think about it. I began to think green juices balanced out the wine, so being able to see clearly how often I drink is a game changer.

So much easier to stay on top of tokens (last year I was writing them down in a printed calendar). Love that 101 Tokens has made me way more conscious of (and drastically reduced) my incidental drinking!
