Our clever tech gurus have been busy updating and improving our App, so if it’s been a while since you last logged in, you may need to re-register with an email address to login. This will allow you to now manage multiple 2degrees phone numbers with one easy login.
• Check your Prepay and Pay Monthly balances
• View a breakdown of your Pay Monthly bills
• See your calls, text and data usage in our funky, easy to read graphs
• Manage your Add-Ons
• Check and change your Pay Monthly Spend Control
• Manage your Shared Data and Sharing Controls
• Turn on Autopay for Prepay Plans and Add-ons
• Manage your Payment Cards
• Check your Pay Monthly Interest Free Phone details, including how many payments you’ve got left
• Top Up your own or someone else’s Prepay number with a credit card, POLi or voucher
• Reset your 2degrees PIN (you’ll need this if you call us)
• Manage your broadband account

Avoid
This company has “quirky” branding but gave the worst value I’ve experienced. The company requires an international phone call if outside NZ to cancel further billing instead of the app. The top-up amounts are in $5 increments ensuring that you will have a remaining balance on your account but they provide no refund. Although I did my best to buy an advertised prepaid plan my first attempt defaulted to high-cost charges instead, draining the balance in less than 24 hours. A second attempt was successful but the end result was $40 spent for less than four days of usage.
Deserves no stars
Can’t use the app for anything. Can only log in online to get anything done. Topped up $15 online (over WiFi) and was charged 7c for this and then couldn’t buy the $15 plan. Annoyed that I brought a 2degrees SIM card for my NZ phone. Next time I fly in I’ll start again with a new provider.
Can’t login
I can log in online but I cannot log in using the app, tried every different option. Frustrating, very poor look for a phone company, considering other options.
