Very buggy, background GPS use
Uses location services even when not using the app. Why?? Lots of bugs -- hard to work out how to place an order, unable to add favourites at all (even after an order), can't add a credit card.
OK but not great
Not as intuitive to use as other similar apps, so takes a fair bit of trial and error to figure out the interface. Hasn’t been updated in a while and it shows with formatting glitches on the order screen often leaving it unreadable and the app also quitting unexpectantly quite regularly. Would love to see an updated version, as unfortunately 365cups has been left behind by the competition.
Useless
The developers - local to the area I live in - are clearly not interested in this app any longer. It’s an embarrassment. In October 2022, the last time it was updated was SIX YEARS ago and that was by Apple to give it the correct icon for the Apple Watch!
Someone, probably the developers, should withdraw it from the AppStore. It would save everyone the pain of trying it and finding out that it is useless.
