App issues
The app is great and easily manageable however there are a few issues im having:
- Whilst in messages, trying to scroll and conversation just disappears unless i go out and back into it.
- Age preference needs to be a little stricter, i have mine set yet often see over that age.
- Inability to pass/unmatch a person via the message tab can get annoying having yo go back and fourth.
- Trouble linking my partner to my profile and vice versa yet there is not FAQ on it and no contact point! This is the worst part, why is there no admin email or contact for these discussions.
Small issues
I really do like this app but unfortunately, it won’t let upload photos from my gallery which I feel isn’t fair as one photo isn’t enough for a solid impression.
Maybe I just haven’t noticed how but I’m not interested in single men and would like a way to stop them from seeing me. Is there a way I simply haven’t noticed?
Other than those little bugs, I truly do like this app🙂
App issues
I’ve noticed a list of problems this app has, even after 17+ years wow you’d think these things would’ve been sorted yonks back???
- Every time you leave the app it asks for you to upload photos (I’ve uploaded photos easily 15 times now and I only got the app last night)
- People who have liked you disappearing when you’ve opened and closed the app stopping me from having a look at the profile again at a more convenient time?
- Age setting issue (I put I want to find people from age 20 to 30 and I’m getting people in their late 30s as a 21 year old myself and my partner 23 I don’t want to be paired with people at an age like that and neither does he)
Please take time to really analyse this app because it could be way better but it’s just really disappointing at this point. I did have high hopes downloading this app but wow it’s just a massive let down.
