This 5K training plan was designed for beginning runners who plan to run a 5K. This plan will take you from your couch to running a 5K (3.1 miles) in just 8 weeks. We spent tons of time researching and developing a plan that will work for almost anyone.

Below par, the most basic of all apps.

This is just a plan, that’s it, text. What to do week 1, week 2 etc. It doesn’t track time, speed or distance from what I can see. Also I wouldn’t say it’s applicable for beginners - the very first task expects you to run for 5 mins before walking 5 mins. Most people who start running can’t do so more than 1 minute! The title is ‘5k training plan’ yet also states to run 1/4 mile. Why change units?? Free app but has ads. Back button doesn’t work.
Will not use.
