Would give the app 5* but the app randomly closed 2 positions I had open on my demo account without me doing it myself if you can fix this I’ll give it 5* I know it’s just a demo account but if this is going to happen on my live account as well then that’s just not right

This app is very user friendly unfortunately the customer service is horrible in fact that’s being modest . I made a deposit after 4 attempts all my cards got rejected except one then I opened positions and was contacted by mitrade telling me I was fraudulent in my transaction and they closed my positions , I had to harass them for a week to get the money back so then I tried to do a direct deposit which resulted launching a letter of demand to get those funds back as they accused me of having a friend deposit for me which didn’t make sense . I was laught at by there customer service team and lied to . After I researched the company I realised something all to familiar with it , I won’t ruin the surprise so I suggest if you do trade with them then at least research the company to the letter before depositing any funds , my advise is use EToro or plus 500 before you use this one as they are just as user friendly and so easy to deposit and withdraw funds

Customer service argues with the customer for their lack of understanding the need of the customer . Closing an account is a nightmare, Secondly the system does not detect that you have deposited from a joint account & believe me when you want to close that account, the customer service will respond to you as if you have done a crime & closing that account will be a nightmare.

Extremely poor customer service, very disappointing & dissatisfied.
