Hi. I’ve downloaded the app twice but there still is a glitch. When I create my profile the second page doesn’t appear so I can’t add my email address etc. Think this is why there is only ever the last reading available. No history except in the graphs. What’s going on?

This thing is a piece of junk. So many problems with accounts not logging in, not being available, not being creatable. Also confusing & not intuitive. Hard to believe a device with such an importance on accurate records can be supplemented by an app that could be made in a learn-to-code weekend course. I won’t be buying A&D products again.

A very basic app. Only one iPhone can be paired with the blood pressure monitor. The app syncs all readings. So if multiple people use the monitor, the reading history is meaningless. And there seems to be no ability to delete readings to prune out other users’ readings.

It was working well on the iPhone 12 IOS 18.4 but won’t connect on the iPhone 16. Changed batteries but when Pr appears the app will not connect to the unit

A&D here’s a tip… employ new App developers because your current App (1.7.4) damages the A&D brand. Really poor UI, really poor dashboard, and loads of glitches.

Great app that works well with my new Blood Pressure Monitor from A&D. Great feature that allows me to send my BP records to my Doctor.
