Conversations with your doctor are full of meaningful moments — key pieces of advice about how to best manage your care. But if you're like most people, the details can fall through the cracks. That's where Abridge comes in — to be a second pair of ears so you can better understand and follow through with your care.
Abridge helps you stay on top of your health, whether you're at a routine appointment, specialist visit, or annual exam. Simply record the conversation to get started. When your appointment is over, Abridge creates an interactive transcript of the medical parts of your conversation so you can quickly skip to any parts you may want to revisit. Abridge uses computers to transcribe the medical parts of the conversation, so nobody reads or hears the conversation but you.

Abridge has your back, from reminding you of medical terminology to identifying important details of your care. The app automatically finds key points like medication instructions and follow-ups for your review. Get definitions for medical terms, right in the context of your conversation.

Track the medications you're taking in one spot, right inside the medication list. Add medications, dosages, and instructions. Review medication basics, such as how to safely use the medication.
SHARE YOUR RECORDINGS
Securely share your conversation with family and others involved in your health. Keep everyone on the same page, even if they were unable to attend the appointment. Everyone can have more peace of mind knowing they can get a quick summary of what was said, and hear the information as if they were present.

Singularity the most useful app on my phone!!!
I suffer chronic illness, so this app is invaluable! I’m able to share my visits with family (mum who works full time who often can’t be there) & care providers through the national disability insurance scheme here in Australia as they need to know what’s going on with my health-my health situation is SO complex-it comes down to a SAFETY issue-they need to know! I’ve even shared it with over 10 medical specialists involved in my care-they have indicated they want to share it with their patients! A couple also get me to email them the transcript, so it can be added to my medical file. I have upcoming surgery-a surgeon, anaesthetist & haematologist immediately involved needing to work together to formulate a plan-it’s been a breeze with Abridge-they can easily see (or even listen) to what eachother has said!! It’s an absolutely an invaluable app if you are unwell, disabled or have a family member that is! HIGHLY recommended!!! I can’t emagine my life without it now!!

I have been really sick lately and I have been told a lot of information about my health and I can’t remember everything from different doctors so I use abridge to remember and share with family members what’s going on when I don’t have them with me

I first heard of this App after it was reviewed and recommended on various YouTube channels that I’m following.
This App is amazing. It has taken the anxiety out of my medical/specialist appointments.
I highly recommend this app to everyone, especially if you have complex medical issues requiring appointments that can be both overwhelming and confusing, especially if your by yourself.
Now you can easily go back over the information you were given once your home, and you always have access to it.
It’s a brilliant creation.
Also, Julia from customer support is lovely. She has gone above and beyond to help answer my questions, and help with any issues. I have really appreciated this as I’m not the most technologically advanced person.
I absolutely love this App and highly recommend it.
