Reminders to Get in Touch with What Matters

This app was my go-to mini-therapist during the Pandemic and it made lockdowns less lonely to know there were others checking in around the world. Now I check in all the time, enjoying the daily words of wisdom and the reminders to re-set and get in touch with what matters. It’s an encouraging companion through low moments, which we all get, and when life gets extra heavy, the community chat is supportive. There are also free seminars which are recorded for those not in the UK time zone to access. Obviously it’s no replacement for IRL help for mental health issues. But it’s a great friend to access when you need a boost or a smile.

An essential part of my day!

This is one of my most used apps. I check on everyday in the morning. I find it grounding; calming and uplifting. It is positive and also has extra content from professionals. The themed monthly calendars are a particular favourite. I often print them out and pin up on the notice board at home. Sharing happiness around the globe is a wonderful thing. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Life Tool
