I love this app! I’m on the 13th week and it’s worked great all the way through.
I recommend it to anyone to get fit for ADF entry or just get fit for yourself if your sitting on the fence.
It played up a little for the first time after this last update but seems to be working fine now.
Only thing I would recommend is make the workout plan go longer than 14 weeks up until the date of your PFA but if that’s not possible if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Good, though some feedback
-The workout times on the app (e.g. you can select 20 min, 25 or 35) are not indicative of the actual time taken for the workout; it does not include the time for un-skippable warmup and rest times. This makes it difficult to allocate time for a workout before work/ complete a workout in its entirety when short on time.
- warmup could have a skip option (I complete ADF workouts after my normal morning gym routine; I’m already warmed up).
-Ability to set rep based exercises, instead of time based. Or a combination of both (eg. 15 pushups in 20 seconds).
It doesn’t work on my device but used to work nice before
Something wrong with the App today. I tried installing again, restarted my device but no success. Looking forward to using it again soon.
