Description
ADF Ready builds your fitness for a career in the Australian Navy, Army or Air Force. The app provides access to ADF specific and professionally developed exercise programs, including the following functions:
- Workout Calendar – you choose which day of the week is a strength, conditioning or recovery day.
- Movement Library – with all the movements required from our own Physical Trainers.
- Step Counter – to prepare you for the movement around bases, a step counter aimed to increase your steps dependant on how many weeks till your first day.
- Pre-Enlistment Fitness Test results – testing the standards to see if you are improving each week.
- The ADF Ready App only uses HealthKit and CareKid to assist in tracking daily step counts. This data is held on the user’s phone and cannot be read by anyone without their permission.

Please Bring Back ADF Active Until This App Is Ready
I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m genuinely sad that the ADF Active app is gone. It was decommissioned before this new one is ready or usable. I used ADF Active app daily for workouts, PFTs, and programs like Quick Abs and HIIT. This app currently offers very little in comparison. ADF Active was free and far more useful. Please consider bringing it back until this app is fully functional. Not sure if the devs or UAT team will see this, but proper end-user feedback should be taken seriously.
Finish the app before you cancel it’s predecessor
Went to conduct my workout today using the ADF Active app only to be told that the app is no longer supported and users should download this app. Some notice would have been nice but no stress.
So I pause my workout to download the new app, I open it and when I try to select my service the app tells me that it is “coming soon”.
The least you could have done is finished the app before cancelling the features of the perfectly good ADF Active app. How soon until all features of this app are available?

Step back - usability and functionality.
Cannot understand why the change to this new Ap. I am currently prepping for fitness test. I have lost history and training plans plus this one is not user friendly.
