Just doesn’t work

I start cycling on my C-21 indoor bike, I have the console app open and connected, but nothing is tracked at all. Everything is stuck on 0. If I start a pre made program from the app it doesn’t work, just stays on one and again has no lap time, watt’s, cadence or heart rate showing up. Can’t find any trouble shooting online. Massively disappointed.
