Family friendly app - love this app
Dear Aha App team, I love the way app is designed and works. Never seen such a clean app, not even close to Netflix or Prime apps. I love the your in built features where we have to wait atleast 20-30 mins before watching another episode, it’s a good break to grab some food. Some times app doesn’t connect to TV or display loading message for days, this is fantastic option, since kids spend some time for studying or go out and play. Pls keep up the good work. Service not activated
My subscription is not activated even after I have renewed my yearly subscription. The most horrible thing is you cannot reach the customer service either by phone or chat. I have been trying to reach them since last 3 days. They are cheaters. I am going to lodge a complaint and cancel the payment. Guys don’t subscribe this service. Useless
Money & Time waste app
I took AHA subscription amount was deducted from my account and subscription is not activated. I called to customer care so many times but no one responded. I tried to contact customer support team through an email no use. If they don’t know how to rectify the international subscription issues It’s better to close the international subscription. Please don’t take AHA Subscription it’s waste of money and time. They gave the fake customer support number in AHA app. When we call to that number the IVR is saying please stay on line after 15mins call is disconnecting. I called so many times like this but no use.
