iPhone 13 mini
The ahm app doesn’t seem to work with the iPhone 13 mini. It might be due to the smaller screen wigging out the software. This has happened with a few other apps in the past.
Can you please address this issue soon. Cheers 🤙

App crashes constantly
Just signed up to ahm, so of course I went to download the app for convenience. Downloaded it fine, logged in with a bit of trouble, (clicked ”register now” and it would tell me I’m already a member, so I’d click sign In, and it’d tell me I need to register 🙄). — to combat problem, I deleted the app and re downloaded and then it worked. Upon signing in, the app just goes blank white. That’s it. I’ve closed the app window and it still won’t re load???? And I have an up to date, fairly new IPhone 13 Pro Max. With plenty of storage etc. Please help? It’s irritating having to continuously go to the website through safari / google to sign in.

Hi there, this sounds like it might be related to your policy start date. New members cannot access the ahm app until their policy is active. We've now fixed a bug so you will see a screen to explain this when you open the app. Please try logging in after your start date and if you are still experiencing the issue please contact us at support@ahmdigital.zendesk.com -ahm Digital Team
Payment amount
The latest upgrade did not fixed the issue raised more than year ago. SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE FROM THE APP SUPPORT OR THE BUSINESS WHO LOOKS AFTER THIS.
ITS BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR NOT A RESPONSE OR ACTION ON THIS. NOBODY CARES THE COMMENTS.
Under the payment details why can’t it show the next payment amount? The next payment date is shown but not the amount and there is plenty is space to display the amount. Currently, to view the payment amount we have to go into the change payment details, why would go in there? even if you aren’t changing the details.
