You can use this app to sync your fitness devices and apps to AIA Vitality, track your progress on the program, receive push notifications and take advantage of the many rewards and benefits AIA Vitality has to offer, including the tracking and redeeming of AIA Vitality Active Benefits vouchers. You can also link Apple® Health and upload activity data to earn AIA Vitality points.
You can complete assessments and earn points. Find out your AIA Vitality Age by completing the AIA Vitality Health Review.

Ratings and Reviews
Some things good, some things not so good.
Good: -travel and cinema vouchers😊
-Gift card when points have been achieved.
Not so good: Used vouchers still showing in voucher screen. I don’t think the supermarket line will be too happy when I start faffing around trying to work out which vouchers have been used.
Inconsistent syncing. One week, I achieved my points but the app didn’t sync even with multiple log ins and closing down. Consequently, my reward wasn’t redeemed in time. I am going to stop using this part of the app anyway. Flogging yourself stupid for a $5 voucher is silly anyway..
Fails to login, times out, customer service have no clue.
Useless. Past three to four weeks Trying to login brings up a technical error 90% of the time. After numerous emails back and forth to customer service, in which they asked me details I had given previously, the issue remains. This is both on a 50/25 NBN connection and on 4G cell data. It contuslly times out. Have been told they’re doing everything they can. Rubbish. Server is overloaded, or they’re deliberately making it hard for users to login. God knows how much money they make selling our data. Not worth the hassle of vouchers.

The concept is great however the usability of the app is so woeful it undermines the entire program. The cynic in me thinks the app has been deliberately set up to have trouble syncing with fitness devices in order to make it difficult to claim rewards. Customer service often require you to do two or three rounds of troubleshooting before they will intervene - which is just not worth it for a $5 voucher. I’m walking away despite all the great rewards/motivation because the app and customer service process is taking up too much time and mental energy
