Air Asia is spot on except on time
Always fly Air Asia to Asia and have done so for many years. Had a flight cancelled due to Covid. I didn’t ask for a refund but just a credit. Unfortunately this credit w ent back to an account that was undated by AirAsia with an obsolete email address. Communication with Air Asia on the internet ,hours of it, they kept insisting everything was fixed. Still no credit as they keep quoting the old number an email. I have no way of accessing either. What do you do just to speak to someone.? Concerned about booking with them again as I just can’t get this problem fixed .
Mismatch
I could not fly to south East Asia December 2019 returning January 2020 due to illness. I normally buy premium flexi fares but this time I bought promo fares. I rebooked in November 2019 to premium flexi fares for travel December 2020 returning January 2021, which cost me the extra fee for premium flexi the service fee and price differences. I’m glad I did as with covid 19 I’m not confident I maybe able to fly at the end of the year so with premium flexi fairs I have the luxury of changing my flight dates at no extra charge but I pay any price differences which is fine buy me. The problem I have is when I bring up my new flights in my bookings it shows the new dates as correct but when I click on my itinerary it shows the old dates which no longer exist. There is no contact numbers I can call to correct my issue and I’ve tried the Ava chat service but they don’t understand my question after rewriting it several times. I have been directed to live chat but I am on hold forever and I can’t get through. Facebook is non existent. I have no way at this point to fix the problem. I understand this is a trying time for AirAsia but seriously. I have been flying with AirAsia x and domestically in Asia for a few years and have held the airline in high regard. That’s slipping away very quickly. If anybody that may read this and are able to reply to it your help/ ideas would be appropriated.

What is it so hard
Hi, my name is Chris and I had a flight with Air asia,I had booked to go on holiday. My flight was cancelled and I lost two days of my holiday and nights in Hotel. When I was at the airport the staff lied to me and said I was an afternoon flight, and then when I got to Kuala Lumpur, I was delayed for another day losing the hotel bookings, I have tried to contact Air Asia but your robot system does not understand anything I say and it’s totally useless,and very very frustrating that my mental health is suffering. I have nothing good to say about Air Asia support. It is horrible your people lie to you and your plans are cancelled ruining my holiday. And also have left me and my friends stressed because they were waiting for me and Taxi’s. How do I get a refund for my hotel rooms? That I lost how do I contact someone? How do I emailed someone? Why does it have to be so hard?
