With AirStreamer, no more video conversion, no more file transferring, no more file sharing configuration. Just open your video files and the video playback will start on your Apple TV.
A receiver (AirReceiver - for AirStreamer) must be installed on Apple TV.
Install and run "AirReceiver - for AirStreamer" app on Apple TV before running AirStreamer.

System requirements:
• macOS 12 and later.
• Apple TV gen 4 and later.
Network requirements:
• Your Mac and Apple TV must be on the same local network.

• 5G WiFi is required for 4K videos.

Does not work
The most frustrating app! Have Apple TV in several rooms, have all the proper tech requirements. App recognises I have several Apple TV’s. I select the one in the bedroom.
Necessitates going to the upstairs TV, get the access / password code, going back downstairs, putting them in and then getting another message saying I have to insert the password, this time when I go back upstairs is different. So I do this 5 times and nothing happens.
It is the worst App.I want my money back, please.
It's fine.
I only have 1 Apple TV. The app found it on start up of the app. I browsed to my mkv file. It started my Apple TV which displayed a code. I entered the code into the app and Bob's your uncle. It worked no problem. The UI is a little clunky but it's fine.
