The ALDImobile app is the smarter way to manage your prepaid account on the go!
The following features are available:

o Check your account balance, view your credit expiry date and see how much data you have remaining.
o Recharge instantly with a recharge card voucher purchased from ALDI, or with your nominated credit card.
o View and update your personal information such as home address or email. Update your credit card information or choose to auto recharge.

You will need your mobile number and account password to access your information. This information is the same as used for your My ALDImobile login on our website aldimobile.com.au

The ALDImobile app is free but you may be charged for data usage to download from the App Store. Standard data charges will apply when using the app from your ALDImobile service.

Can’t recharge when out of credit

Unlike every other mobile company I’ve ever used prepaid with, this is the only one I know of that doesn’t allow the user to access its own online portal to recharge when the user runs out of credit. This means if I run out of credit, I’ve got to connect to wifi first then recharge! Seriously! It’s 2018! Can this please be fixed, or you know enable a message a day before to alert the user to recharge before you actually run out of credit! When I do happen to run out of credit the app also logs me out which is stupid! Other than that the app is fine but these two things are a pain!

Used to work just fine, then stuffed, now fixed

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it" - an old adage that someone at Aldi Mobile doesn't know or ignored. In an unnecessary and ill fated attempt to "improve" a perfectly good interface, they badly stuffed up this app. First they released a version that failed to show rollover data (v4 - 4.0.1). Then they released an update that fixed that (v4.0.2), but created a new bug that showed charge rates for calls, sms, & mms on my phone plan which has unlimited calls, sms, & mms and showed the same call charge rates for my data-only plan on my iPad on which, of course, I can't make calls, or send sms or mms. Now they've released yet another update (v4.0.3) that fixed the call rates for my unlimited calls plan on my iPhone (but it still displays call rates for my data only iPad plan). Finally, in v4.0.5, they seem to have fixed the bugs introduced in their unnecessary revamp of a perfectly good app. I reduced my rating from 4 stars for version 3 to 1 star for version 4. Since they fixed both the rollover data bug and (at least partly) the call rates bug (credit to the devs for getting these bug fixes out quickly), I'm raising my rating to 3 stars for version 4.0.3, but no higher for 4.0.5 because such obvious bugs were included in a released product in the first place. Dev's - test more before you rush such buggy software out into the wild!

Don’t complain

Read all the reviews on the app and what I found out that you are rubbish this good app. Been a customer for around 10 years I think but those problems are just minor. Yes I had but I could not login in and I actually went to the Aldi shop and bought a pr paid voucher and than login in when my date was not working. I don’t use this app that much much but it does do the job that I want to do. Try Telstra and other and found out they do the same thing for double the money which if you don’t have the financial look for a better provider which I would not. Only one think that this doesn’t work in some areas and I won’t name them. Still happy with Aldi. The auto renew is good but it won’t let you renew after it expires. You have to start all again which is a bit of pain in their behalf. Should be able to renew until you don’t want it anymore? Very happy with this. I have change provider but I come back to this because it fits my budget. ****
