Great game…too many ads

The ad for the game is a bit misleading, as the ad focused on the links mini game, which is only a minor part of the game. That said the actual game is quite good. It is a merging game with a fairly good story and good graphics.
However, to get anywhere you have to watch an extraordinary amount of ads. Some of the ads are not suitable for children who might be playing the game, for example games that encourage gambling, such as bingo or slots.
The game could also be improved by increasing the energy amount needed to complete tasks from 75 to at least 150, as you can go through it way to quickly. As said above you can watch an ads to gain an extra 30.
It is also possible that you might spend more money than you realise, as there is continuous pop-ups that prompt you to buy items for the game. The prices are reasonable, but there are so many, it could add up to a large sum.
If it wasn’t for the ads and the constant bombardment to spend money, I would give the game 5 stars, and would recommend the game for children. That said, please do not download this game if you have an impressionable child.

Inappropriate Ads

I really enjoy the game which I didn’t think I would but please stop showing inappropriate ads. The game says for ages 4+ and showing ads with homosexuals in bed bragging about not being able to spread AIDS is highly offensive and inappropriate for this type of game. I don’t want to see this and I’m sure many parents wouldn’t want their children seeing it either.

Better service

Hi I like the game the first time I encountered a problem as a new player they were super fast to help and compensate. However since then I have to beg for problems to be sorted. I have been trying since early January to get things fixed. I gave screen shot evidence every time but nothing happens. I have to mail every day with the same problems nothing happen not even a reply. Some of the problems is with every seasonal event. This get frustrating and take the fun out of the game. To compensate a player with an seasonal event that happened in the past isn’t really the best way to go either as what do the player really get out of it nor if the player doesn’t receive an item for finishing an seasonal building with diamonds if that items is more worth than the amount of diamonds they give. The spending money pop ups are annoying and to much. As players spending money on the game there should be a better client service. :(:(:(
