Doesn’t Work on IPhone but works on IPad

I have the same issue as everyone else. You’re unable to scroll down and when It comes to submitting claim, you need to agree to terms and conditions which you can’t because it’s impossible to scroll down to press it therefore the claim isn’t submitted.

However, I tried on an IPad and i was finally able to submit a claim from there.

Horrible

Horrible app, I dont know why they cannot use the old app anymore. Submitting a claim is the worst: it takes forever to upload each invoice and you cannot upload screenshots in good quality. Considering we are in a state-wide lockdown, I cannot simply walk around, print the receipt I received as email and then take a picture of it just because the app uploads screenshots blurry. Instead, I sent an email with the screenshot attached which has been left unanswered. The claim has now come back six (!!!!) times with the comment “further information required” without telling me which information is missing. I answered and asked each time, telling them to read my email. “Further information required”. I get it, tell me which! I even attached a picture in which I wrote a proper explanation and (again) asked to read my email or tell me what the issue is. No, “further information required”. So currently I submitted the claim 7x and sent 4 emails. I realised now that I can open my screenshot in snapchat, export it from there as “non-screenshot” image, and then upload in good quality. Lets hope this works as I figure no one will answer my emails or comments. This is the biggest joke ever, every freaking morning I wake up to “further information required”. Thanks for currently ruining every morning just to claim $110…

Too many bugs that make claim process hard

Could not choose date of invoice older than 1 week, could not take photo of invoice, loses previously entered data if submission or other error. Seems like a ploy to make claim so difficult that you eventually give up. I would not recommend this app to anyone who wants to claim, it’s fine for checking your coverage and benefits as well as upgrading policy but claim is absolutely the worst thing you could use this app for. Had to give it 1 star as there are no choices to give negative stars. Total rubbish
