Ability to set reminder to check in is good but otherwise this app is just lists.

Coach in hand! Amazing!

This app helps to check in and recognise triggers to eating.. thoughts, sensations. It delves into the true reasons we turn to food. It encourages us to ask, Is it physical hunger or would there be a more appropriate task other than eat? Anyone struggling with mindless eating would benefit! Thanks!
