Not available in Australia
The app looks nice, but sadly it doesn’t come up for Australians which I am.
App is undercooked
Basically we’ve got an app that just points you to various parts of the AMEX website. A bit concerning that this is the kind of quality coming out of AMEX. I would have imagined at least being able to view hotels restaurants etc on the app before booking, but nope, it pretty much is a gateway for the website.
Making me wonder if the AMEX card is all that it’s cracked up to be…
Missing Australian content
The app has finally added “Australia” into the list, initially only support Platinum Business card and Platinum personal card. However, it is missing lots of content for Australian market, the only tab available is “Offer” and it loads a blank white page with no content at all. Quite useless at the moment. Hope it will catch up to other markets around the world.
