HealthKeeper是一個跨平台的健康管理服務，可以用它來記錄您的健康參數，只要安裝HealthKeeper 就可以知道自己一天的活動步數、距離以及消耗的卡路里。
不受裝置連線限制的手動紀錄體重、血糖及血壓等，不但可以設定個人目標，更可以透過簡單易讀的圖表，讓您的健康狀況一目了然，使您的健康管理與日俱進。
同時也可以使用HealthKit將部分資料連結到"Health(健康)"app中，讓您能夠更容易追蹤自身身體狀況的資訊！
