The App is pretty solid. Learnt that I had to close all other Apps for aids to connect to iPhone. I have the Ampli-energy 4 5D. I feel that there is considerable scope for further improvement. The functionality that is contained in my AirPods (not as hearing aids) is probably two generations ahead. Given the price of hearing aids more regular updates to performance would be a good step forward. Key areas for initial improvements1) maintaining connectivity to the phone2)muting strong winds3) processing crowds in noisy restaurants Give the user more ability to tune the aids.

During trail period the hearing aid has not been successful and I CANT GET AMPLIFON to respond to my messages and return my deposit and cancel the direct Debit arrangement. DISAPPOINTING

I have been using Amplifon hearing aids for about a year and I am experiencing problems with the App being unable to connect to them. This happens when the hearing aids are fully charged and I want to wear them. It is infuriating because on occasions I have had to leave the hearing aids in their charge case and go without them.

This app never works. It can never find my hearing aids & streaming. The hearing aids can be controlled by the button on them. However the streaming is the problem. If I can’t get into the app I can’t connect toStreaming. I am very unhappy with this app.
