AMS Athlete 12+

The AIS Athlete Management System (AMS) is an application for Australian athletes. The app is only accessible by authorised users. The app supports National Sporting Organisations (NSOs) and the National Institute Network (NIN) in improving athlete performance and health.

The AMS Athlete app empowers athletes to easily engage with the Smartabase Human Performance Platform. The app allows for:
• Easy data entry for athletes
• Delivery of insights and feedback to athletes
• Reminders to athletes to enter data
• Sharing of information from coaches to athletes

Smartabase is a global leader in human performance software. Our customers include national sporting federations, Olympic committees, the military and many of the world’s highest profile sporting teams.

The AMS Athlete application is free to all athletes who are part of a client organisations. To use the application, you must have a login to a Smartabase site, provided by your administrator.

This app integrates with the Apple Health. This functionality must be enabled by your Smartabase administrator. If this is available to you, you will be able to turn it on in the Health app menu in app settings. Once turned on, the app will automatically upload your Apple Health data to your Smartabase site. There, your Apple Health data will appear alongside the entries you make manually. You can control which data will be accessed using Apple Health permissions.
