Description
Angus cattle are the leading cattle breed in Australia.
Angus producers place great emphasis on genetics which has led to the superior quality Angus cattle found in Australia today.
Angus Australia supports its members by providing the most up to date information on each registered animal including TACE Estimated Breeding Values (EBVS), pedigrees and lots of other data.
Animal details are provided in 6 registers, HBR - Herd Book Register; RAR- Red Angus Register; APR - Angus Performance Register; MBR - Multi Breed Register; ACR - Angus Commercial Register; and the PTR - Progeny Test Register.
All of this animal information can be found under Animal Search within this handy Angus APP.
Also available is Member Search, Sale Catalogues, Semen Catalogues and the Angus Australia web site – the information hub for all things Angus.
Downloading the Angus Australia APP will give you immediate access to all of this from one icon on your smartphone. Information is updated daily, and this information is available 24/7 through the Angus APP.

Good but doesn’t use same commands as angus.tech
This is a handy app and I am excited to see it develop. It’s a bit annoying that the wildcard functions etc are similar to the ABRI Database search while the angus.tech uses more intuitive search terms. It would be better if this app matched angus.tech.
Not functional
Very poor app. Old one had more capabilities. Need to be able to search using % to bring up all animals in a group. Would be good to have mating predictor & a link to sale dates page (not just sale catalogues). App needs to be reviewed to meet user demands.
