Thank you for the fix for the problem below but now I can’t even get into the game… Really enjoying this too… Loads to 99% then stops so unable to message you either…Please help as I’ve achieved quite a few levels… I’m going to try deleting & reinstalling… Please fix as I’m unable to email support in the game!!!
To fix this issue I reinstalled it & have gone right back to the beginning…so annoying as I know I had completed to Level 108 Oceanside…
Certainly hope I get my progress fixed!!! Very entertaining enjoyable game… Except now it keeps freezing all the time… On Sammy’s game & when any advertisement plays…no perks & it just crashes so having to restart it it’s becoming a hassle… So unfortunate as it’s a great game with lots to achieve to keep you going…
Well experiencing a bug
Game has been so fun and good to play up until the point now. I am experiencing freezing once the game loads up. I am unable to click any buttons or icons and cannot move my avatar. I have deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. Hard to enjoy the game when I literally cannot do anything.

Predictable
While I liked the game, I find it predictable and derivative, mini games such as Sammy’s madness get to level 3 of the game the snake appears, you have a choice spend 200 jewels to play on, watch a video to play on or quit and lose everything, only for level 4 to have the same thing happen, there is no randomness, there is no skill, only computer generated cheating, secondly the constant ads pandering to buy as many items as possible is a real pain, third and final, the cards to collect are in no way a random pick up as I have experimented on not progressing through the levels in order to collect one card, and guess what another predictable outcome occurs you don’t get that card, I feel that in order for this game to be played by anyone, you will find yourself predicting how your game plays out and be right and you will also find yourself no longer playing this game.
